Payment Options:✦ For international clients: Payments will be made via PayPal. Please note that due to PayPal’s limited functionality in Ukraine, I cannot send invoices or payment requests. Once the commission is confirmed, I will send you my PayPal details for payment.
✦ For Ukrainian🇺🇦 clients: Payments can be made via Monobank or PrivatBank card.Work Process:✦ Once we agree on the commission, I will begin work after receiving as many references and examples as possible. The more detail you provide, the better!
✦ I will start the project once the sketch is approved. During the sketching phase, you can request changes. However, after the sketch is confirmed, no further changes will be possible, so please review it carefully before approval.
✦ I work on a 50/50 payment system: 50% upfront before I start, and the remaining 50% upon completion.
✦ The artwork will be completed within 2 weeks from the moment I confirm that work on the commission has started. If any delays occur, I will inform you in advance.
✦ *Additional charges will apply for each extra character in the artwork.Usage Rights:✦ I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it in my portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes. If you wish to keep the artwork private or for commercial use, this must be discussed beforehand.
✦ If the artwork is intended for commercial use, additional fees will apply. You must specify the intended use at the beginning of the commission process.
✦ If you prefer to keep the commission private, this can be arranged. However, please inform me at the start of the commission.
